Frequently Asked Questions
Are you closed during Summer?

Yes the park will be closed November 1st 2025 and re-open mid March.  Stay updated via our website. 

Are day swims available?

Day visitors 9 -4pm (last passes issued strictly by 3:00pm)

Times vary on public holidays ring to make a booking. If our park is booked out day swims are limited.

Online day visitor bookings will be available soon. 

Please see reception on arrival and collect your wristband for entry.

What time is the Reception open for day visitors?

Our reception is open everyday from 9am to 5pm (hours may vary during public holidays). Day visitors are welcome from 9am -4pm (last passes issued strictly by 3:00pm)

We are closed Good Friday.

Do I still have to pay if I’m not using the pools?

All persons entering the Innot Hot Springs Caravan Park  are required to pay the entry fee.

Swimming Pool Rules

Children up to 15yrs  always require adult supervision; children 8 and under must not enter the pool enclosure unless accompanied by an adult who remains in the pool at all times.

Do I have to wear a wristband?

Yes. Not negotiable. 

Can I bathe if I have a medical condition or are undergoing treatment?

To ensure your health and safety we recommend that you seek medical advice before entering our hot springs pools.  In particular, we do not recommend bathing for guests with any of the following:

  • Conditions with high fever
  • Extreme hypertension
  • Malignant tumours and cancerous conditions
  • Liver, kidney and circulation disorders
  • Conditions presenting the high risk of haemorrhaging
  • Anaemic conditions
  • Congestive heart failure, recent stroke or recent heart attack
  • Pregnancy
  • Diabetes
Can I bathe in the hot springs if I’m pregnant?

We don’t recommend bathing in the hot spring pools during pregnancy. Immersing your body in the warm water will raise your body temperature which can be dangerous.  

Can I bring food and drink into the pools?

Innot Hot Springs  pools are places of wellness and cleansing.  We therefore do not allow any food or alcohol into the  pools as it may compromise the quality of the waters and affect the safety of bathers.

How many thermal pools are at the park?
There are 6 thermal pools of varying temperatures at the park
Are there towels for hire?

Yes, pool towels can be hired from the office. Pop in and see us. 

Can we visit for the day if we’re not staying overnight?

Yes.  Day swims run from 9am – 4pm.  Ring to check for availability.  All day visitors must only use facilities provided in the pool enclosure. There are toilets, change rooms as well as a  cooking area.  Please ensure the area is left clean upon departure. Day swims may not be available on public holidays or long weekends due to reaching capacity at the park.

Is it a pet friendly park?

Yes our park is pet friendly. However our rooms are not.

Pets are welcome at Innot Hot Springs on the powered and unpowered sites, but not in any room booking.  Pets must be well supervised and declared when booking.  Pets are not allowed in communal areas laundry, toilets, swimming enclosure or in the café/reception area.  Pets should not be left unattended and must be on a leash at all times when not contained in your van or vehicle.  You must pick up after your pet and dispose of  waste bags in garbage bins provided.  We reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund if your pet is disturbing other guests.

What is your check in time?

Our check in time for powered/unpowered sites strictly 12pm. Room check in time is 2pm. 

Check out is strictly 10am from all accommodation.

How do I book a stay?

Please make your reservation online using our online booking system. If you have any questions before booking you can email info@innothotspringscaravanpark.com.au. Rates shown on this website are our online booking rates. Please note that there is an additional fee charged for walk-ins. 

Do you have a 2 night minimum stay policy?

Yes.  There is a 2 night minimum stay on all rooms at the park on Friday and Saturday nights.  All accommodation (rooms and sites) are a 2 night minimum stay over long weekends. 

Can you organise sites to be next to each other for families and/or friends?

While we endeavour to organise sites be near each other for families and/or friends, we are unable to guarantee that, subject to availability. Please inform us at time of booking, or email us and we will try our best to adhere to your request. 

Can we fly a drone at Innot Hot springs Caravan Park?

No.  For the safety and privacy of our guests at our park, we don’t allow personal drones to be flown at Innot Hot Springs Caravan & Leisure Park.

Do I need to bring my own cooking utensils to use the camp/ budget kitchen?

If you are staying in our budget rooms, please bring your own crockery, cooking equipment and utensils.

Camp kitchen has a cooktop, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge.

Is there food available to purchase?

Yes.  Our reception offers cold drinks, ice-cream, snacks and coffee. Sandwiches may be available. In the afternoon and evening  you will need to bring your own supplies which you can cook in the camp budget kitchen.

What shared facilities are available?

The camp kitchen features a  kitchen cooktops, sinks, communal fridge, griller and microwave.  Bring your own pots, pans and utensils.  The campground amenities block includes toilets and showers. The amenities block has 2 washing machines  (coin operated at $4 – gold coins only) but no dryer. Clotheslines are available, please bring your own pegs. 

Can we use our own generator?

No. Generators are not allowed to be used at any time at Innot  Hot Springs Caravan park.  If you need power, please book one of our powered sites. 

Is there a dump point on site?

Yes, it is available at the rear of the amenities block and available to onsite guests.  Please dispose of all waste in dump point and NOT in toilets.   Leave the area clean after use. Nappies, wipes and sanitary items must not be disposed of in the dump point. 

Alcohol Management

Alcohol is permitted on your site/room, but excessive drinking will not be tolerated.  Anyone who presents a danger to themselves, or others will be asked to leave the Park without a refund.  Alcohol must be consumed responsibly on your designated site/room. Alcohol is not permitted to be taken into the pool area.
